CHARACTERISTICS

HB700 AUTOMATIC PRECISION MACHINERY

HB700 is made up of a wagon capable of moving autonomously along a field (direction X) and of a trolley (direction Y) installed above it, both moved with controlled speed and positions. Trolley houses the water tank and 7 individually activated nozzles. Trolley is set up in a factory configuration with tools or sensors that can be lowered to the ground level or raised to the rest position (Z direction).


WEEDING

The intelligent system of precision irrigation and targeted "best practice" are combined and implemented programming specific cycles of activities that using specific tools solve the problem and determine concrete and effective results.


USE OF PRIMARY RESOURCES AND LOWER ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

HB700 increases quality through the programmed application of precision irrigation cycles in relation to the vegetative lifecycle of the plant. The system can also be used for treatments. The results determine drastic reduction of wastage and a lower environmental impact.


SW PLATFORM FOR THE ACTIVITIES PROGRAMMING AND CONTROL

The HORTObot software allows to set and apply a unique sequence of operations for each type of cultivation; the sequence can be predefined or set by the user and modified over time based on contingent conditions or historical data. HB700 tracks all the operations that are recorded in the customer's repository; the analysis of historical data allows to perform precise analysis and plan the best strategies.
Manual control of the machine by the operator is always possible.


EFFICIENCY AND CONTROL

In the case of non-planar soils, HB700 is equipped with sensors for precise detections of the morphological characteristics of the soil; the scheduled operations are then modulated according to the sensor readings and to predefined models or set by the user. HB700 has equipped with environmental sensors in different configurations and expandable over time.


SECURITY ON HB700

HB700 is equipped with anti-collision and ultrasounds sensors. Emergency systems are installed on board for immediate shutdown. There are also anti-crushing protections, mechanical barrier with position sensor, LED emergency warning light with acoustic signal, siren and LED movement lights.


TRACEABILITY AND LABELLING

Automatic recording of the operations executed by HB700 and storage of the log file in the customer's repository. Availability to management environments customization and for online access to data by third parties.


CUSTOMISATIONS

The dimensions of HORTObot machineries can be customized according to customer needs and the characteristics of the installation sites.

Progetto di Aiuto all'innovazione anno 2022 ha riguardato l'analisi di esperti indipendenti del settore agricolo in Italia che sulla base di incontri e contatti, in presenza di entrambe le caratteristiche di conoscenza del mercato italiano, di essere di supporto alla fase di commercializzazione del prodotto, una volta indentificati i mercati potenziali. I principali obiettivi sono stati:

  • Analisi e dimensionamento del mercato italiano di riferimento,
  • Analisi dei punti di forza e di debolezza del prodotto nella fase attuale di prototipazione,
  • Analisi dei mercati di utilizzo del prodotto sviluppato da Hortobot (piccoli produttori, agriturismi, welfare, etc.).
